You acknowledge that these transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the corresponding blockchain. 4.2 You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and cryptocurrency wallets. Unbrid.com has no access to your private keys and cannot recover funds lost due to loss of keys or unauthorized access to your account. 4.3 Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to market fluctuations. Unbrid.com does not guarantee any specific value for the cryptocurrencies used on the platform. 4.4 You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions.

You acknowledge that the use of smart contracts and cryptocurrencies carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, market volatility, technical failures, code errors, and potential malicious attacks. 6.2 Unbrid.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses due to market volatility, errors in smart contracts, or attacks on the blockchain network. 6.3 Unbrid.com does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the platform or the absence of errors in smart contracts.

Intellectual Property All content on Unbrid.com

Including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, smart contracts, and software, is the property of Unbrid.com or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbrid.com

Its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 10.1

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of unbrid.com, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 10.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of unbrid.com

Severability If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
